Desired Experience:

Minimum 20-25 yrs is Real Estate & atleast 10 yrs in Team Handling

Key area of work:

Monitor project KPIs (cost, time, quality, risk) across projects
Track milestones, highlight delays/risks, and prepare MIS reports
Support Projects with strategic insights and coordination
Drive risk identification and corrective actions.
Coordinate across teams and manage project governance
Standardize project processes and reporting tools
Update budgets and reconciliation
Monitor and coordinate procurement schedules / Mivan knowledge is compulsary
Manage Contracts & Costing
