• Identify new real estate development, acquisition, and investment opportunities. Prepare feasibility studies, financial models, and investment analysis for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects, Evaluate project risks, returns, and funding structures to support investment decisions
• Conduct in-depth market research on real estate trends, demand, pricing, and regulatory factors, Analyze competitors’ projects, pricing strategies, and market positioning
• Develop and monitor project budgets, forecasts, and cost controls, Track financial performance against approved plans and recommend corrective actions
• Collaborate with senior management, development, finance, sales, and operations teams, Provide strategic reports, dashboards, and recommendations to executive leadership
