Set work program & target milestones for each phase based on the project plan
Monitor day to day work progress & prepare the weekly & monthly program & report
Maintain & record update of site work progress obtained from project manager
Understanding of basic architectural & structural aspects, drawings, views, by-laws & codal provlsions
Co-ordination with all types of consultants
